Q - What are your change, cancellation and refund policies?
A - We understand that your travel plans may change. We have very simple policies regarding changes, cancellations and refunds:

Regardless of whether you made your reservation online or by calling our office, if your plans change we will be happy to change your reservation without additional charge.
If for any reason, you are delayed, we will give you priority seating (ahead of any cash, walk-up passengers) on our next available shuttle.
If for any reason, you are unable to use your reservation, simply advise our office on the date of the travel or earlier and you will be given a service credit good for one (1) year.
River City Shuttle cannot give such credit for “No-call No-shows.”
Regretfully, credit card refunds have proven to be too problematic and we no longer offer refunds on airport shuttle reservations. Please note that all sales are final.

Q - Can minors travel unaccompanied?
A - Children 12 and under must travel with an adult. Children 13 and older may travel unaccompanied. We will require that a custodial parent/guardian sign Liability Waiver and Consent form for each time such a child travels with us.

Q - Are trips canceled if you don’t have enough reservations?
A - No. Guaranteed Service means that we are committed to each and every customer that makes a reservation with us. If you have made a bona-fide reservation, then that trip will go as promised even if you are the only passenger.

Q - How much baggage may I take with me?
A - Each passenger is allowed two suitcases (up to 50 lbs. each) and one carry-on item (purse, laptop, briefcase, etc). Carry-on items must fit under your seat or on your lap.

Q - What if I am handicapped?
A - Our airport shuttle vans are not equipped and drivers are not trained to handle persons with certain disabilities. To ride our regular airport shuttle, you must be able to get in to and out of the van unassisted. If you have a motorized wheelchair or scooter, we can accommodate transportation of such equipment with advance notice, but you must still be ambulatory enough to get into and out of the van without assistance.

Q - Do you allow pets?
A - We allow small dogs (less than 25 lbs.) in an airline-approved travel carrier/kennel. There will also be an additional $25 cargo charge.

Q - What if my flight is delayed or I have not picked up my baggage yet? Will you wait for me?
A - We are scheduled service on a regular route and have an obligation to all of our passengers to leave and arrive on time. We are often asked to “just wait for 10 minutes…” and have found that it is never just ten minutes. Guaranteed Service means many different things, but one of them is that we will depart on time. Therefore, we cannot hold our departure time because your flight came in late or your baggage has not yet arrived. If you miss your departure and have been in contact with us, we will give you the next available seat on a later shuttle at no additional cost.

SPECIAL NOTE: If your flight arrived late but the shuttle has not left yet, you may wish to consider taking the ride and letting your baggage follow later. We suggest that you speak with your airline’s Baggage Service Office to arrange for the delivery of your baggage. If the delay is the airlines fault, they may arrange for the delivery of your baggage at no additional cost to you. If the situation is such that the airlines will not cover the cost, then we will deliver your late baggage to your destination (in our service area) at a discounted rate. Please note, however, that this is a same-day, door-to-door freight delivery service and the charges, depending on distance, can be more than you might think.
