We pick up our Airport Passengers at Zero Level of Terminal 1. The nearby blue and white signs read “HOTEL COURTESY SHUTTLES”. Our vans are typically in place 30-45 minutes prior to our scheduled departure times.
Terminal 1 – Domestic Flights: Once you
have deplaned, the first place you will need to find is the
Baggage Claim Area. (Just follow the crowd from the plane).
Retrieve you baggage, if any, and go to the center of the
Baggage Claim area. There you will see a “Starbucks” Coffee
Stand. You are looking for a down escalator or the
elevators nearby. When facing Starbucks, they are behind
you. Go DOWN to Zero Level.
Terminal 2 – International Flights: After
retrieving baggage and clearing Customs (if applicable),
step outside the Terminal. There is a free shuttle that
will take you to Zero Level of Terminal 1. It leaves every
5-10 minutes.
Zero
Level
Once at Zero Level, go outside through the
automatic doors. You should see
limousines and shuttle buses but
no Taxis.
(if you see Taxis, you are on
the wrong level).
Follow the crosswalk until you reach a yellow fire hydrant with four red poles around it. (There is also a blue & white sign that reads “Hotel Courtesy Shuttles”) This is the area where our drivers await the arrival of passengers. There are benches nearby were you can sit and wait if the van has not yet arrived.
Our vans are several different sizes, makes and colors, but they are all clearly marked with our logo (at the top of this page) in bright blue or white lettering.
(There is also a blue & white
sign that reads “Hotel Courtesy Shuttles”)
SPECIAL NOTES:
If you have not located our shuttle by
15 minutes prior to departure time please call our office
for assistance.
(Passengers
on the late-night departure should also call the office when they arrive
at the airport.
When the Auto-Attendant answers, press Option #6 to be
connected to the On-Duty Driver)
If you have
carry-on baggage only, you should still follow the
directions to Zero Level through the Baggage Claim area. It
is the fastest way to get there.
If you are not arriving by plane but
still catching our shuttle from the
McCarran
Airport, get
dropped off on “Departures” Level at Delta
Airlines.
(Delta
is at the center of Terminal 1).
As
soon as you walk into the Terminal, you should immediately see elevators.
Any of them will take you to
Zero Level.
Zero Level
is a Restricted Area.
Personal and
other unauthorized vehicles are not allowed.
